Tetapi praktis utk berjalan terlalu perlu bagi kita yg nak tunaikan umrah.<\/p>\n<p>Mengamalkan senaman berjalan kaki memberi manfaat kepada kesihatan kita seperti:<\/p>\n<p>1) Menyihatkan jantung, mengurangkan risiko penyakit jantung dengan merendahkan paraskolesterol.<\/p>\n<p>2) Mengawal tekanan darah dan mencegah risiko penyakit darah tinggi dan strok.<\/p>\n<p>3) Mengurangkan risiko penyakit diabetes.<\/p>\n<p>4) Berjalan meningkatkan keupayaan badan untuk memproses gula dengan lebih baik dan membantu melancarkan aliran darah.<\/p>\n<p>5) Mengawal berat badan dan membantu membentuk tubuh badan menjadi menarik.<\/p>\n<p>6) Mengurang kan stress. Berjalan membantu merangsang penghasilan hormon endorfin yang membuatkan kita lebih ceria dan sihat.<\/p>\n<p>7) Mengekalkan kekuatan otot.<\/p>\n<p>8)Mengurangkan risiko osteoporosis<\/p>\n<p>9) Mengekalkan kestabilan dan mengurangkan risiko jatuh terutama kepada golongan wargaemas.<\/p>\n<p>10) Mampu meningkatkan keyakinan diri.<\/p>\n<p>Jika anda belum ke Tanah Suci eloklah dipraktiskan di rumah lagi berjalan ini.
